The System Guy! I am an independent consultant that focuses on business process automation. I primarily help real estate investors, brokers and agents with getting started or converting to automation, via Podio, Globiflow, Zapier, Cognito forms and other integrated programs. My first wholesale deal was in 2005, I made $65,000 on the deal. Since Ive done quite a few deals, some good some fantastic. I enjoy these days working with those that are willing to follow a pattern that helps create growth in time. I offer initial consultation, design, training and on-going support. Being an investor myself since 2006, I have learned the business from the ground up. So I have the knowledge and experience to help you get going. Experience: I have purchased and held several properties in the past that netted some nice returns. I’ve been a project manager for over 45 years working with multimillion dollar budgets for NASA, NCIS, Dell Services and other major corporations. Real Estate Goals: I would love to help as many as I can get started, enhance their efforts and scale their businesses all while saving tons of money in the long run.
