I help structure financing for DSCR loans, cash-out refinances, BRRRR deals, and other investment strategies where timing and execution matter. A big part of my work is also helping self-employed borrowers and clients with complex income situations find workable paths to approval instead of getting stuck with a quick “no.” For agents, I aim to be a reliable lending partner—communicating early, solving issues before they become problems, and helping keep deals moving toward the closing table.
