i'm all about the win-win! i'm a new investor building contacts and relationships to aid my re endeavors. i'd love to have a mentor, or be able to talk, chat, email anyone with experience that can help me close my first deal. i have lots of ideas and angles for acquiring real estate that would be profitable to all that are involved. im into creating systems that could help to generate and compound passive income. i have been studying the riverside markets for a few years now and im ready, just looking for lenders and anyone that can help me finance! so if you want to deal in good business then please contact me. i rather have satisfied, repeat customers through base hits, then relying on home-runs .I'm open to working with people from all over. If you want to make base hits and load up the bases and get some rally action. I'm the guy. I am not swinging for the fences. I'm into building systems that with small investment, bring back compounding returns. i love music, and im using the creativity that comes in the music making process to come up with different angles and financing options. as you can see i can get long winded, but my intentions are good. positive vibes!
