Thomas Garza

My name is Thomas Garza and I live in La Porte Texas. I am a software developer and a graduate of The University of Houston Clear Lake. I have been married for 7 years, and I currently have one child. Experience: In 2011 I rented out my house because I was leaving the country for a year. Around 6 months into the 12 month lease, my tenants stopped paying their rent and I eventually evicted them. Real Estate Goals: I would like to secure a comfortable retirement through my investments in real estate. In order to do this, I plan on purchasing rental properties and holding them as long term investments. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking knowledge. I have listened to the first 30 podcasts and I plan on continuing to absorb information that will help me achieve my goals in the future.
