Thomas Brittingham

I live in North Augusta, S.C. and own two rental properties there. I'm hoping to invest in many more rentals in the CSRA. I currently work as an Electrical and Instrumentation Mechanic and was an IBEW Electrician for 7 years prior to starting my new career. I graduated in 2017 with a B.S. in Electrical Construction Management from MTSU. My long term goal is to build generational wealth through real estate investing.
