I fell in love with real estate many years ago but have never bought because I thought I needed all this cash to start buying rental properties. I have recently immersed myself in Bigger Pockets content (mostly via youtube) and cannot get enough! I love the sales side of real estate and will continue to do that for years to come, however, I really want to start creating passive income through rental properties and am enamored by the BRRRR method! I'd really love to connect with flippers, private money lenders, and others using the BRRRR method at a high level so we can reach our success goals together!
