My wife and I started investing mainly for another stream of revenue in our retirement years.(NOT RETIRED YET) lol. What we have found is that we both love doing the hands on work renovating these projects. Not only is it very rewarding but also saves a lot of money. We definitely have the R E investing bug! We now spend much of our time analyzing and educating ourselves on everything we can possibly absorb getting ready for the next deal. We are looking to invest in multi family to grow our portfolio and cash flow.
