I am an investor in the central Texas area looking to expand my network and knowledge base. Experience: Purchased my first multifamily deal in central Texas (4 units) May of 2017. Purchased second multifamily duplex July 2018. Also own another SFH in the Austin area that will be rented in the near future. Real Estate Goals: Looking to purchase more multifamily properties in the central Texas area (looking at Copperas Cove, Killeen, Temple, Belton, and Austin). The short term goal of all of this (the next 5 years or so) is to create enough passive income to completely replace my spouse's income. I plan on accomplishing this through buy and hold multifamily investments, SFH, as well as my ultimate goal of purchasing an apartment complex deal. At this point in time I am currently looking to network with other like minded individuals as well as learn from experienced investors. Currently Seeking: Connecting with people in the area to expand my real estate knowledge.
