I work in commercial real estate debt, focusing on construction, bridge, and transitional financing for experienced sponsors. My role is strictly on the debt side — senior loans, stretch senior, and structured capital — primarily for multifamily, mixed-use, and select commercial assets. I don’t place equity and I don’t position deals outside a lender’s credit box. Most of my work involves helping sponsors understand what lenders will actually say yes to, flagging underwriting pressure points early, and structuring requests so there are no surprises late in the process. If a deal doesn’t pencil or doesn’t fit risk, I’ll say that upfront.
