Young, motivated business owner with the desire to become a full time real estate investor. I have operated my lawn/landscaping/snow removal company for going on 10 years. I grew it from a high school hobby, to a real business servicing commercial and residential properties. We employ 3 full time and 6 part time workers. I have always known I do not want to be in this line of work forever, and I’m dedicated to building up a profitable real estate portfolio to enable me to eventually get out of the lawn care industry. I currently own 3 duplexes. Being young and single with no kids, house hacking and BRRRR is my current strategy.
