In partnership have financed/rehabed .6 Props, presently working on 6 unit rental. Also finance / fund raising for 5 story Hotel & a Medical Center. Tom partners with his wife Gail managing the Key Invest Mngt LLC a Las Vegas Co. Key Invest Mngt is Affiliated with Feliz Property Group. Tom and Gail also manage Low Key West Corp., a consultancy company.
