Thomas Magill

I went to school to become an architect—until I realized I wanted to be part of more than just the design. That realization led me into real estate investing, and I never looked back. I earned my MBA from Fordham University in 2014 and have spent over 20 years working with architects, contractors, developers, and investors, learning the ins and outs of the industry. In 2017, I made the leap and started building something of my own. Today, I’m based in Mt. Holly, NC, and focus on Build-to-Rent investing, new construction, small multi-family (1–4 units), and long-term buy-and-hold investments. I’m passionate about smart design, solid strategy, and creating lasting value—not just for myself, but for the communities I invest in. Real estate is an industry where creativity meets strategy and that's where I love to live. I love the challenge, the tangible progress, the momentum, and the endless learning that comes with it. It’s not always easy, but it’s never boring—and that’s exactly how I like it.
