At just 16, Thomas Rogge began his career in real estate at a leading agency in France, where he quickly earned the trust of his manager. This allowed him to independently manage property showings and close deals, gaining valuable hands-on experience early on. He later transitioned into wealth management consulting, specializing in tax optimization strategies through real estate and facilitating international property investments to help clients achieve higher returns. Seeking new challenges, Thomas moved to Miami, where he worked with UHNWI clients on luxury real estate transactions and multifamily investments, further expanding his expertise in high-value markets. Over the years, Thomas built a network of professionals across real estate, finance, and banking. This network led him to Dubai, where he played a crucial role in building a group of companies from the ground up, scaling it to 60 employees before setting out to realize his own vision by founding Bel Rive Group. Today, Thomas leads Bel Rive Group, a firm specializing in investment, construction, and real estate brokerage. With operations spanning Dubai, the Côte d'Azur, and Miami, the group is committed to creating high-value opportunities for its clients by combining local expertise with a global perspective.
