My wife and I are exploring real estate for income in addition to our full-time jobs, and long-term wealth for our family. We are currently interested in buying & holding rental properties and actively seeking in the Eugene-Springfield, Oregon area. We are considering both SF and MF in B and upper-C neighborhoods with some value-add potential and attractive to working families and couples (currently avoiding student housing).
