I'm the founder and CEO of Rent Sherpa. Rent Sherpa partners with real estate investors across the nation, managing properties, and maximizing cash flow. We do this by executing a technology-driven short term rental strategy. Our goal is to increase our property owners' cash flow by 30%+ while offering amazing and unique homes for our incredible guests. Before I switched career paths I was the director of operations for a marketing firm for 14 years and recently choose to go full time with real estate. During my corporate career, I bought and rehabbed two single-family homes. The first one bringing me a 43% return, netting over 100K, and the second one a projected 100% return (I've yet to sell as it's my current primary). I'm also looking for BRRRR opportunities where I rent the rehabbed property as a short term rental to maximize ROI. I have a healthy work/life balance and I love spending time with my wife and family. I have a passion for sports and am always looking for the next adventure. I'm currently active in soccer, surfing, scuba, mountain biking, rock climbing, running, cycling, weight training, fishing, and hiking.
