Thomas Whittlesey

While my background is in architecture and construction management, I am now a beginner real estate investor with two doors under my belt. I currently wear many hats in the process, including property and project management, while also performing many of the rehabilitation tasks myself. I'm actively pursuing more buy & hold SFR and MFR investment properties mainly in the South Atlantic area (Georgia, Florida, Carolinas) and possibly New England too. Though I do a lot of the workload myself, I'm a big believer in collaboration and cultivating symbiotic scenarios where everyone wins.
