I'm the owner of High Bridge Holdings LLC, a buy-and-hold investment company focused on central Kentucky. I'm building a long-term rental portfolio through value-add and BRRRR deals - buying solid assets in good or improving locations, forcing equity through smart improvements, and holding for cash flow and appreciation. My markets are Lexington and the surrounding towns within self-management range: Nicholasville, Richmond, Winchester, Georgetown, Versailles, Wilmore, Midway, Paris, Frankfort, and Danville. I focus on single-family homes, duplexes, and small multifamily - distressed-but-salvageable properties with a clear ARV path and manageable rehab are my sweet spot. I work a demanding W2, so I run this deliberately: quality over quantity, disciplined underwriting, and a straight yes or no. I have capital and financing in place and can move quickly on the right deal. I underwrite conservatively and I don't chase deals that only work on perfect assumptions.
