I flipped 10-12 houses a year in the Portland market from 2012-2016 and then began investing out of state. I've created and manage two investment funds for investors seeking passive investments opportunities in real estate, and formed North Peak Investments for full service real estate investing options for clients. I have a passion for learning, and enjoy new partnerships and working with like minded individuals. I live and die by customer service, it seems to be a dying concept! Experience: Flipped over 100 houses in several states across the US. Own and manage rental units in several states, currently building self storage and multifamily apartments in Oregon, California and Washington. Own and oversee management of 5 mobile home parks in the Midwest with additional in the pipeline. Created an investment fund to assist investors looking to achieve better returns on their hard earned money, whether cash or retirement accounts. Previous projects in MS, OK, PA, FL, AL, MO, IN, and looking for additional markets to partner with.
