My experience has all been in single family flips. Just wrapped one up in Jacksonville's Historic Springfield neighborhood that I'm now cashflowing as an Airbnb/Bed & Breakfast model. I'm now pursuing multifamily mostly in Atlanta and structuring a syndicate to get the deal done. Interested in 20-30+ doors that would be ideal for a mixed revenue model of long-term tenant with a blend of the shareability short term model. I'm also open to a buildable lot in Atlanta zoned residential. Single family flips would be considered on a case by case if they're hard-to-pass-by flips at deep discounts and with a minimum $50-60k in margin after rehab. I'm always looking to connect with potential syndicate partners, experienced multifamily investors, multifamily property managers, private money, developers and other investors.
