Although I consider myself relatively new to real estate investing I have been working on and around houses with my husband for the past eight years as a mold remediation specialist as we ran a remediation and restoration business. My husband has always been involved in construction and spent many years rehabbing and managing rental properties for his family. I am working a full time job while building experience and growing the portfolio.
