I am fairly new to real estate investing. I have 2 buy & holds and I'm looking for more. If I could find a good deal for a flip or rehab to buy & hold, that would be great, too. I'm also very interested in creative financing strategies, partnerships, and learning about all aspects of real estate investing. I am a licensed real estate broker in Indiana working with The Modglin Group. I am a CPA, licensed in Indiana, that works mostly with not-for-profits, but I do some individual returns as well. I'm always learning and willing to research a tax question.
