(Newer) Investor looking to purchase multi-family units in Port Angeles area. I do not plan on self-managing, and plan on using property management. Interested at-this-time in both residential 2-4 units or even possibly a commercial 5+ unit property. Already have a lender and CPA. Focused areas Port Angeles, Sequim, Port Townsend, Kitsap County.
