Hello, My husband and I are both educators in the UAE. However, I am from NJ, and he is from LA. We've lived most of our adult lives in Ga. We have no immediate plans to return to the USA (to live) but am actively seeking investment properties in the USA to help establish our goals. Experience: The real estate experience we have is the purchase of our primary residence (which is now being rented) in SE GA. We recently purchased a duplex and triplex in Cleveland, OH. We are looking to go back down south though. Real Estate Goals: Our current goals are to purchase small multifamily homes in a market that will support cash flow as well as appreciation. We have no specific markets as of now and are open to learning and connecting with teams in different markets. Our long term goal is to be able to have enough cash flow to supplement one income and help build a legacy for our children. Currently Seeking: We are currently seeking people to partner with in different markets as well as financial services for us with out of country income and great credit- lol.
