Meet Tiffany- #ProblemSolver #ResearchQueen I’ve been solving problematic circumstances since 2007, when a discouraged homeowner called in to inform they were unable to make their mortgage payment that month, after researching, I delightfully told them- Yes you can and you can in fact make a total of 2!. My homeowner had been making extra principal payments and I knew, as long as my request for the reallocation of the payments was within the same year in which their payments were made, my homeowner could satisfy that month's payment. My supervisor, Mr. Simmons, wasn't as excited, but I was elated to have helped someone in need and restore their hope. Since then, my passion for ideas and creative solutions has propelled me through over 10 years of providing real estate solutions in all 50 states. It has inspired me to want to transition into real estate investing and expand my knowledge and creativity when helping others. When I'm not out saving the world, I'm being #SuperMommy! My children and I love going to Toys R Us and playing with the toys, attending school events and games, giving thanks and appreciation to God and living life without limits!
