My ultimate goal is to use real estate as main source of retirement. We own rentals, wholesale, and more recently we are getting into more creative strategies as well. We, (more like my wife) also owns and operates a daycare. My wife's dream is to acquire more daycares in several parts of the city. Our dreams & plans work out great together. As I market for off market properties, we get to choose the home we want to keep for our next day care or rental and wholesale the rest. I enjoy REI because it's a challenge, the variety is fun and I enjoy helping families. Aside from REI I enjoy spending time with my family, technology & traveling. Looking for off market deals?
