Born and raised in Cincinnati. Received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toledo in 2003. Have lived all over Ohio over the last 18 years but am now back in Cincinnati for good I think. Experience: Started investing in real estate in February 2014. Since then I have completed over 10 rehabs and I am actively looking for additional properties to rehab. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to use the profits from the fix and flip properties to fund the purchase of buy and hold properties to create passive income and become financially independent.
