About myself
I bought my first Single Family Residence rental property in December 2013, in Memphis, TN, and didn't know squat! Since then I'm learning the business as fast as I can to buy more. I like the buy & hold strategy. Experience: 4+ years as one SFR owner. Real Estate Goals: Generate enough passive in real estate to cover my expenses and quit the rat race.
