I live in Napa, CA and operate a real estate acquisitions company in North Carolina. We do wholesaling, buy and holds, and creative finance deals in the Raleigh-Durham, Charlotte, and Greensboro markets. Our company specializes in generating off-market leads with dynamic direct mail technology and online marketing. My first real estate investment was house-hacking a 4-unit building in Oakland, CA. Prior to going full time in real estate, I worked in Project Management for large commercial construction in San Francisco, where I built corporate campuses for companies like Apple, AirBNB, Intuit, and Skywalker Ranch.
