Hey! I'm always interested in flip opportunities. I'm currently exploring what it would look like to acquire/invest in wedding venues and event spaces in addition to adding more Short Term Rentals Experience: Former Licensed Realtor at Village in Nashville, TN. Have owned two SFRs in Nashville, both of which are also short term rentals. Sold one in 2020. AirBnB Plus and Superhost. Bought and currently working on my first true flip in Memphis in the Cooper-Young area. Have learned many lessons from from several large and/or long deals that did not pan out in 2017. Real Estate Goals: Build up a short term rental portfolio of 15 doors using the BRRR method. Achieve $1M/year in passive income by investing in multi-family and self-storage assets. And doing this by finding the right partner/partners to work with so we all can benefit from the plan stated above. Currently Seeking: Specifically: Flip opportunities of 2 or 3+ bedroom houses more than 1200sf, less than $80,000, that need less than $75,000 of renovation to get a minimum 22% return. Or to be rent ready and that are in C or better neighborhoods that are also in areas attractive for short term rentals. Current main targets for these criteria is Indianapolis and Memphis, but will consider other markets. Deals/properties in Nashville, Memphis, Chattanooga, Indianapolis or elsewhere that I can BRRR and cashflow $167/month+
