I am an investor friendly real estate agent serving western Washington State. I help investors buy and sell single family and multi family real estate. I am an agent, real estate investor, developer, landlord, branch manager and team leader. I love connecting with other investors to collaborate, partner and brainstorm. Experience: I began RE investing in 2010 and bought a fix and flip. Since then I've subdivided land, designed duplexes, built 2 spec homes, acquired other single family homes and a 6 unit apartment, 2 mobile home parks out of state, an office building and a 10 unit apartment. Acquired real estate license in 2012 and since then opened my own brokerage and grew to 50+ agents and started and lead my own team of agents. Real Estate Goals: Acquire 500+ units and grow my net rental income to $50,000 month.
