I'm a real estate investor, realtor, property manager, and contractor--preferably, though not always in that order. My wife and I have 4 kids and 15 units with an emphasis upon transient rental and hospitality. I spent 20 years as the pastor of a church, which prepared me more than anything else for my later calling. Experience: Licensed realtor, commercial and residential property ownership and management, contractor/builder. I even own/run a B&B with my wife.
