I am a full-time licensed Realtor and Investor specializing in commercial and residential income producing properties. I am an active member of the Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association (CTREIA) and have taken literally hundreds of hours of course work both as a Realtor and as an investor to educate myself on all forms of real estate investing, wholesaling, multi-family, apartment, short sale and foreclosure. I live in the Bayview Beach neighborhood of Milford Connecticut in New Haven County of Southwestern Connecticut. I grew up on the West Coast in Oregon and California and relocated to the east as a personal choice and I love it here!
