Tim is Head of Revenue and engages real estate investors nationwide and has closed 400mm worth of real estate loans since joining Certain Lending in 2020. This success has come by focusing on his commitment to doing what is right for everyone involved with each and every deal. Prior to joining Certain Lending in 2020, Tim spent 25 years as a homebuilder and was a senior assisted living investor and operator for 10 years. Tim is an effective advisor and mentor for new investors and ideal partner for seasoned operators. Tim's personal time is dedicated to his wife Barbara of 22 years, daughter Gianna and son Ashton who all keep dad joyfully busy with volleyball, baseball, golf and family comedy.
