My wife and I currently invest in single family, multifamily and commercial property in New Bern, NC. We are interested in growing our network with other investors and considering investing outside of our immediate area but would like to stay in NC. Our portfolio has grown from 1 to 33 properties since August 2017. We’ve been fortunate enough to meet some great mentors and are happy to share any knowledge we can. We’ve rehabbed several properties but have bought everything with the plan to hold the property long term.
