Part time real estate investor. I work full time for the government as an Army Civilian. I absolutely love real estate. Or better yet, solving problems (People Problems). If you do not like solving problems do not get into real estate. I recently rented out my first SFR House and it was a challenge! No matter how much you read, study, peruse the forums, listen to webinars, go to seminars, etc.... You will never gain as much knowledge as actually going through the process and taking action (Do the BRRRR one time and then double-back to read and listen to real estate podcasts, you get so much more info and ask better questions)! As many experts do, I recommend starting small and learning the process and all stakeholders involved. Once your comfortable from there the bigger deals will be "technically" the same, just with larger numbers and more systems.
