Tim Johnson

My family and I relocated to the Skagit Valley in 2016 after spending 30 years overseas, living and working in Japan. Working as a real estate agent with Keller Williams has been a natural extension of my skills and interests in building and remodeling projects, as well as my love of working with people in a variety of volunteer settings. For over 20 years I was involved in managing a camp and retreat site in the mountains of Gunma, Japan. From 2011 to 2014 I was also involved in leading multiple volunteer relief teams to Tohoku, Japan, the epicenter of the 9.0 earthquake, tsunami, and nuclear disaster that hit that country on March 11, 2011. Along with my full-time involvement in real estate, I continue to serve as a pastor on a part-time basis at a Japanese-American congregation in Seattle. I love reading, music, running, and the great outdoors here in Skagit. I’m a good listener and would be interested in helping you clarify and meet your goals for selling or buying your next home. I’m presently pushing hard to work with more real estate investors, finding off-market deals, and adding to my own investment portfolio.
