About myself
I enjoy building things, creating something new. Background is in manufacturing and engineering. I enjoy outdoors activities. Experience: I / we (my wife & I) have a house, which I built. We own farm ground, and an office building. 2016 we completed a building site sale and in 2017 added our first flip and I am looking at multi family prospects. Real Estate Goals: I would like to build up a rental portfolio that the cash flow would sustain our retirement. Currently Seeking: I am looking for a Colorado mountain property/ cabin, and a small multi in the Grand Junction area.
