I am very interested in Buy and Hold rentals and vacation rentals. I am looking to get started and grow with partners. I want to learn as much as possible to achieve financial freedom. Experience: I work for a SFH and MFH Builder in South Tampa. Warranty and Purchasing experience. I manage rentals, work with contractors regarding maintenance items, deal with homeowners, verify invoices etc. Real Estate Goals: Purchase another 2nd 2-4 unit multifamily to househack. Grow.
