Timothy Aughinbaugh

I am a rental property investor working in South Kansas City and in the Grandview area. I have been purchasing and renovating real estate for the last 15 years, focusing entirely on the Kansas City and Grandview area since 2010. My wife and I own 36 properties currently but we are expanding every year. We are currently looking for a multi-family units above 8 and would like to one day own an apartment complex consisting of more than two hundred doors. I am a former Independent stock and options trader who had great success during the turbulent years of the financial crisis. We purposely bought homes and multi-family properties when everything looked bleak and gloomy. We love to travel and spend time together as a family.
