We are interested in learning more about rental investing. We are currently focused on the Hagerstown, MD area & look forward to meeting & learning from others. Our goal is to get about 5 to 7 rental properties with multiple units. To date we have one 4 unit duplex with a 38% monthly profit. We are looking for our next property with at least 4 units
