Tim Marshall

I am a middle school health and pe teacher who became an accidental landlord about 8 years ago when my wife and I got married. We each owned properties bought in 2008 and needed to rent rather than sell one. It has worked out well for us as a learning experience and is now lucrative so we are hoping to invest in another rental soon. I am looking for a two or three unit property to invest in within the next 6 months to a year.
