My Real Estate journey began in 2013 in the midst of working towards my degree and a career in video production. At the age of 22 as a broke college kid, I purchased my first investment property (a duplex) with the help of my parents and the encouragement of my brothers. Since then I have learned too many hard lessons to count, built incredible relationships and have amassed a 7 property, 19 unit portfolio as a part time investor. Over the last year I've developed a whole new understanding of the integral role that systems and processes play in scalable and sustainable business models. My desire moving forward is to focus efforts on scalable business ventures that will ultimately allow me to work on my businesses, not in them. In this current, transitional season of life I'm navigating a crazy, fun and challenging family life with my wife, three year old daughter and 10-month-old twin boys. My current goal in Real Estate is to purchase more institutional level Multifamily buildings (12+ Units) and portfolios of Single Families.
