Hi, I'm Tim. I'm a full time Army Officer stationed in Korea. I openly admit that I'm a real estate addict! I own seven rental units: 3 college houses and one 4 unit apartment complex. Real estate is my passion and what I see myself doing when I'm out of the army. I'm planning on leaving active service at the end of 2017 and moving back to Wisconsin to pursue my real estate dreams! I'm currently obtaining my real estate license and will be looking for a real estate sales position in western Wisconsin or eastern Minnesota in less than a year. Other than that, I enjoy deer and turkey hunting, running, and spending time with my wife.
