I'm a family man, working at the state's biggest private employer and hospital, Dartmouth-Hitchcock, as an in-house agency video producer. I'm also a licensed commercial drone operator (I fly the Phantom 4 and the Mavic 2 Pro). I'm looking to get started in real estate investing to grow my family's passive income for the immediate benefit, but with lasting benefit into our retirement - which is still a long time off. The market in Vermont/New Hampshire is tricky in that the high employment areas where inventory is short, real estate is costly. Additionally, property taxes are among the highest in the country (approaching 3% in some counties). Thus, investing out of state appears to be the better launching point, but I perceive that as risky since it's not so easy to just drive-by a property to check it out. Looking for all the advice/council I can find! https://www.cygnuspictures.com/
