I am a Senior Loan Officer with Bank of Utah. Working with a bank gives me the opportunity to lend throughout the United States except New York. About eleven years ago, I made a commitment to my business to work with real estate investors. Currently I have 50+ different investors who are in the buy and hold strategy; some now own 20 financed properties, while others are buying a home every year building their rental portfolio. Everyone has a different strategy. My goal is to be a sounding board when members have questions about lending programs, how you can achieve your personal goals to build a strategy and invest in real estate.
