I am a Retired Soldier, having spent 20 years in the US Army, with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as having been stationed in South Korea, Texas, Arizona, California, and Washington State. After my service, I decided to return to school, to Arizona State University and graduated with degrees in Business Administration and Global Logistics Management. I'm currently in the process of looking for jobs in western WA state or in the Denver/Colorado Springs, CO metropolitan area that will utilize my skill sets. I consider myself an "accidental Real Estate Investor" when I first started out as I wasn't planning to buy multiple properties in the future. However, having passive income streams such as real estate, made sense, and as a step towards "financial independence." Thus, the beginnings of my real estate journey. I currently have properties in TX, AZ, OH, and PA with an emphasis on buy and hold for the rental income. My end goal is to acquire enough properties that will provide income comparable to a regular "job" and will allow me to pursue my other interests.
