I am a real estate investor that is looking to help US citizens that are looking to invest in US real estate while living abroad. I own a few properties in DC, MD, and the Midwest, and am continuously looking to expand my portfolio while my wife and I are living in Europe for a couple of years. We are a US Diplomat family currently living in the Netherlands looking to connect with other Diplomats that are looking to invest their income earned during deployment into the US real estate market. I'm always happy to help in anyway that I can! Experience: I am a licensed Realtor in DC and MD. We own six properties, currently being managed by property management companies while we are living abroad. I have experience in SFH and small multifamily investing, as well as turnkey investments. Real Estate Goals: I would like to earn passive income and grow my portfolio so that my wife and I are free to travel and do work that we are truly passionate about. Whether that "work" is real estate investing or not is yet to be determined Currently Seeking: I am seeking US citizens who are currently living abroad and looking at opportunities to invest back in the US. My partner and I offer mentorship and investment services to connect folks new to REI with established teams and networks back in the us in order to make tier investments truly as "passive" as possible.
