I love construction and renovation - I have always been fascinated with improving the world around me and this profession grants a very visible way to achieve that goal! Paying off debt and waiting for a good opportunity to get into rentals when I am in a good position to do so. Otherwise, I am just focused on positioning myself to be in a good position to help friends/family/community.
