Tim Soto

I was born and raised in Ventura County, CA and attended the University of La Verne. I’ve also had the privilege of serving 4 years in the U. S. Marine Corps, and have had the opportunity to travel and experience different countries and cultures abroad. I've been involved in real estate since 1995 as an investor and real estate agent, and have experienced different real estate cycles. As an investor working on my own portfolio, I specialize in self-storage, multifamily, single family, and fix & flips in out-of-state markets. My goals moving forward are to continue adding value to my network, growing as an investor, and working on my personal growth.
