Hey there BP! It is January 2017 and I am somewhat new to REI. I am looking to get involved with owning rental properties as I already have 1! Kind of fell into the property as my wife and I moved and couldn't afford to sell the property. Put it up for rent and 5 years, 2 tenants (1st one being horrible) here we are! Looking to expand and grow a business of 20+ properties for long term income!
